FROZEN HOLIDAY DESSERT 
24 Ritz crackers
4 tbsp. butter
2 sm. pkgs. sugar free pistachio pudding
2 c. skim milk
1/2 gal. + 6 oz. Weight Watchers vanilla ice cream
2 pkgs. Dream Whip

Crush the crackers and mix with the melted butter and pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat milk and pudding until thick. Add ice cream and mix thoroughly. Pour onto cracker crust and freeze. Whip 2 packages Dream Whip according to directions. Pour over frozen pudding layer and freeze. Thaw 30 minutes before serving. Good for diabetics and Weight Watchers.
