FRUIT COBBLER 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
2 c. fruit (blackberry, peach, strawberry, etc.)

Melt butter in a 2 quart baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, and milk. Beat until well mixed, then pour over melted butter. Do not stir. Pour the fruit over this and again, do not stir. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until crust rises to the top and browns.
