5 c. rhubarb, cut up and put in 3 qt. dish
1 c. sugar, sprinkle in dish
1 pkg. strawberry Jello, sprinkle in dish
1 c. water, pour over top
1 box Jiffy white or yellow cake mix

Mix as on box. Pour on top. May use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Try this with fruits too.
