RASPBERRY LIQUEUR 
10 oz. box frozen raspberries
2 c. vodka

Thaw frozen raspberries. Pour into a strainer over a small bowl and let stand about an hour at room temperature until all juice appears to have drained out of the berries. Add juice to 2 cups vodka, pour into a bottle and close tightly. Let stand at least 3 days to allow the flavor to develop before sampling. Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
