VIRGINIA'S DESSERT | |
2 c. commercial sour cream 1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows 1 lg. can pears, cut into bite size 1 lg. can chunk pineapple 1 c. fine grated coconut Drain fruit well. Mix with sour cream. Fold in marshmallows and coconut. Set in ice box until well chilled. Better if made the day before. Serve with cookies for dessert or arrange on lettuce for a salad. |
