These are really great, light and fluffy. I cut the recipe in 1/2 to test it out. These pancakes are great.

Best whole wheat pancakes I've ever made, even when I have used a boxed mix. They where surprisingly fluffy. I 1/2'd the recipe and added blueberries and orange zest. They were delish. I had low expectations and almost didn't make pancakes when I realized all I had was whole wheat flour but again, these were amazing! Thanks

This was awesome! I took Esabella's suggestion to add pumpkin, then I added pumpkin pie spice. We all loved it, including my toddlers! Forget the box mix, this will now be my new pancake recipe. Thank you so much for sharing!!!

My family is very picky and resistant to eating healthy foods; however, they loved this pancake recipe! Definitely a keeper! We topped the pancakes with all natural syrup, too.

Good recipe! I added Greek yogurt because I find that whole wheat pancakes fall apart and it really worked! They came out great!

I literally made these in ten minutes! So easy, super fluffy. I added some flax seeds, and used almond milk, and only 3 tbsp of oil (5 seemed like a lot.)

Loved these pancakes. Expected them to be dryish or heavy and they were neither. We used 1-1/2 cups milk and added sliced bananas - DELISH!!!
