WATER CHESTNUT WRAPS 
2 cans whole water chestnuts

Soak in soy sauce for 2 hours. Wrap each with 1/3 strip bacon, stick with a toothpick. On a foil lined pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Heat until thick (about 15 minutes). Spoon on chestnuts and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
