SOUR MILK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix with milk and shortening. Blend well; turn out on rolling board. Roll to about 1/2-inch thick. Cut into small biscuits; place on baking sheet and bake 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees.
