VEGETARIAN PASTA SALAD 
Boil colored pasta; drain and cool.

Purple onions, thin slice
Mushrooms
Bell peppers
2 cans drained red beans
Cucumbers, sliced
Tomatoes, slice & add last

DRESSING:

1 part olive oil
1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 4)
Dash Italian dressing
Salt to taste
