WHOLE WHEAT OVEN PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. whole bran flour
1/3 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. honey

In bowl, stir together whole wheat flour, cereal, wheat germ, baking powder and baking soda. Add egg, milk, water, oil and honey. Beat until well blended. Spread batter in greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Cut into 8-10 pancakes. Serve with butter, jam or syrup.
