WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
3/4 c. cake flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1-2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter or oil
1-1 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. molasses

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all liquid ingredients together. Combine the 2 mixtures and mix well. Fry on hot fry pan, sprayed with Pam. Makes about 12-14 pancakes.
