SCRUMPTIOUS STRAWBERRY 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. butter

TOPPING:

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. half frozen strawberries
2 c. Cool Whip

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Combine egg whites, sugar and half frozen strawberries. Beat at high speed until peaks form (10 minutes). Fold in 2 cup Cool Whip. Spoon over crumb mixture. Freeze overnight.
