STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE 
1 qt. strawberries
5 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Crush strawberries and press through a coarse sieve; there should be at least 1 2/3 cups puree. Combine with milk and cream; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill well before serving. Top each glass with a spoonful of whipped cream.

Serves 8 to 10.
