LASAGNA 
12x16x4" baking pan
2 lb. mozzarella
2 jars spaghetti sauce
1-2 Extra lg. can tomato sauce
1 extra lg. sour cream or IMO
2 lb. lean ground beef
1-2 lb. ground chicken or turkey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt, optional
1 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. lasagna noodles

Fry hamburger and ground chicken together. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper; drain well. Cool. Boil noodles. Drain; cool. Grate cheese. Open cans - jars.

Pour 1 can tomato sauce bottom of baking pan, put a layer of noodles, sprinkle part of meat mixture over, put 1/3 mozzarella over, then another layer noodles, spread 1 container sour cream, more meat, now 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 1/3 more mozzarella, another layer noodles, meat, spaghetti sauce, rest of mozzarella. Sprinkle all over Parmesan cheese, cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, this time may vary. Enjoy. Note: If you have extra ingredients please continue layers until used.
