KETCHUP 
8 lbs. tomatoes
2 green peppers
4 onions
1 1/2 vinegar
3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
3 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. clove
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. celery salt

Cut tomatoes, peppers, and onions in chunks and puree in blender. Run through colander and pour in large pan. Bring to boil, after adding rest of ingredients. Simmer for 5 to 6 hours or until thick as desired. Ladle into pint or quart jars and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes (pints); 20 minutes (quarts). Makes approximately 6 pints.
