1 c. plus 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. quick oats 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 (12 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Combine 1 cup flour, oats, sugar, salt and soda and butter. Mix well. Pat evenly in a 13 x 9 inch greased (Pam) baking dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. While cooking - mix caramel topping with 3 tablespoons flour. Remove flour/oat mixture from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts evenly over. Drizzle with caramel. Return to oven and bake 20-25 minutes. Cool before cutting into small squares. |
