STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. rice
2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes (partly blended)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. onion
Pepper tops, chopped
6 or 7 lg. bell peppers

Cut tops off of peppers. Put peppers in 2 cups of water and boil 15 minutes. Cook rice separate as directed. When peppers are done boiling, drain water; take peppers out to cool.

Mix hamburger, onions, rice, pepper tops, salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic salt and season salt together. Put mixture into each pepper. Pour stewed tomatoes over top and cook until it boils then put on low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
