STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef (lean), cooked
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Cut off tops of peppers. Combine all ingredients. Pile into peppers. Pour tomato sauce over each pepper. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally. Or cook in microwave for 25 minutes, covered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
