STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt and pepper
1 egg
1 sm. can tomato sauce diluted with 1 can water

Remove tops and inside of peppers. Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and water. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Pour tomato sauce mixture over peppers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees or 1 hour until done. Add additional water or tomato juice if needed. Baste if needed.
