ROLLED OAT BREAD 
6 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. rolled oats
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water

Soften yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Pour boiling water over oats - let cool. Combine all ingredients except flour. Add flour slowly as needed. Proceed as for regular bread. Bake at 350 degrees. Yield: 2 loaves.
