SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
2 1/2 c. sauerkraut (do not wash, drain or chop)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. celery, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
