TANGY COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1/2 c. unsweetened tomato sauce
1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener

Combine above ingredients. Chill. Serve with seafood. Yield: 1/2 cup. 2 tablespoons or less: Free Food exchange.
