CINNAMON FRUIT SALAD 
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 med. bananas, sliced (2 c.)
3 med. apples, diced (3 c.)
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. halved seedless green grapes
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. water

In small saucepan, combine cinnamon candies, vinegar, water and salt. Cook and stir until candies are dissolved. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks and honey. Gradually stir hot cinnamon mixture into egg yolk mixture; return all to saucepan. Add butter. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Cover and cool. In a large bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over banana slices, let stand a few minutes. Add diced apples, marshmallows, and grapes. Fold in cinnamon mixture. Whip cream just to soft peaks, fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours. 10 to 12 servings.
