MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken (cooked), deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped to taste
1 can Rotelle
1 pkg. Doritos (salsa, nacho)
Grated cheese

Place chips on bottom of pan, next layer chicken on top. Next mix Rotelle and soups and onion. Pour on top. Cheese last. Cover and place in ice box for 24 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. 6-8 servings.
