SAUSAGE DIP 
lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean hot is good)
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

In large pan or microwave dish, brown sausage and ground beef, drain; add cream soup and cheese and stir until melted. Use as dip, topping for potatoes or base for casseroles. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
