DEER CHILI 
2 lbs. deer meat
1 can green chilies
2 cans chili with beans
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar

Combine meat, onion, bell pepper and vinegar in large pan. Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally 30 minutes or until thickened.
