RICE PILAF 
3 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 c. each carrots, onions, celery, green pepper cabbage
Canned mushrooms
2 c. meat (ham, chicken, hot dogs)
Terrikya sauce

Wash rice until water becomes clear. After washing, add 2 1/2 cups of water and soak at least 20 minutes before cooking. After soaking, cook following directions on package.

Cut meat and vegetables in small size (about 1/2 inch or smaller). In large frying pan melt 1 stick butter and fry vegetables and meat together, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Add Terrikya sauce stirring constantly until soft and brown. When done add rice, stir until mixed. Do not fry rice, just mix until hot.
