GARLIC CRUMBED CHICKEN 
1 c. finely crushed tortilla chips
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans, toasted
1 env. savory herb with garlic soup mix
1 tsp. red pepper (opt.)
6 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Combine chips, pecans, soup mix and pepper, if desired, in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg; roll in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a 12"x8"x2" baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Six servings.
