END OF THE GARDEN PICKLES 
2 c. cucumbers
2 c. green tomatoes
2 c. onions
2 c. carrots
2 red & 2 green peppers
2 c. celery
2 c. green beans
1 head cauliflower

Cut all in that you desire. Put first 4 in salt water overnight, then drain. Cook rest, until barely tender, then drain. Mix all together and let come to a boil in 3 cups sugar, 2 cups vinegar (I use white), 4 tablespoons mustard seed and 1 tablespoon celery seed. Seal while hot. I also add 2 cans red (drained) kidney beans.
