POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hashbrowns, thawed 3/4 c. diced onions, sauteed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick melted butter 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Mix together and pour into 9x13-inch pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10. |
