12 eggs, beaten
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 sm. jar pimento
2 c. Monterey Jack - Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage

Chop pepper and onion. Cook sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until knife comes clean.
