CHICKEN OLIVIA 
3 c. diced chicken
2 c. cooked rice
3 tsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can water chestnuts
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 c. celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Mix together the first 9 ingredients. Place in casserole. Mix melted butter, corn flakes and almonds and spread over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
