MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mayonnaise

Sift dry ingredients; mix in 1 cup mayonnaise. Add cold water and vanilla. Beat slowly 2 to 3 minutes, until well blended. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with Cream Cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
3 to 4 tbsp. cold milk

Blend until smooth and creamy.
