DRIED BEEF & NOODLE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. dried beef
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 1/2 oz. med. noodles, cooked

Melt butter and saute beef. Remove beef and add flour to butter and blend. Add milk and cook and stir until smooth and thick. Add cheese and beef and heat only until cheese is melted. Mix with drained noodles and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and dots of butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
