SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, divided
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water

Combine bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup mushroom soup (do not add water), and add beaten egg. Mix until well blended. Crumble ground chuck in on top and mix with hands. Shape into 2 1/2 ounce meat loaves.

Spray microwave dish with Pam spray and arrange meat loaves in dish. Microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes. Remove; spread remaining soup on top of loaves. Return to microwave for 10 minutes more. Remove; let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serving size is 2 loaves (makes 6-7 loaves). May bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
