TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
1 c. water
2 green onions (sliced in 2-inch sections)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine)
1 sm. ginger root, grated
Crushed garlic to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate pork, beef or chicken about 3-4 hours.
