CREAMY STUFFED EGGS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
12 hard-cooked eggs
Pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks, and stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise and bouillon granules; mix until smooth. Stir in horseradish. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture and garnish with olive slices.
