BEARS PAW 
Wrap 1 bear paw in "clean" mud and bake in the oven until mud becomes firm like clay. When cold, tear away mud which will remove hairy skin. Simmer paw in water to soften, changing water several times. When soft, simmer with juice and chicken, ham, 1 cup sherry and stock to cook down to a thick sauce. Slice as roast.
