PEACH SALAD 
1 lg. peach Jello
3 tbsp. sugar
3 c. buttermilk
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) peaches, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. almond extract

Heat pineapple, sugar and Jello until dissolved. Add 1 cup buttermilk. Heat thoroughly. Cool slightly. Add extract and 2 cups buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip and peaches. Chill.
