CHICKEN BREASTS WITH HAM 
3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned, about 1 1/2 lbs.
1 env. seasoned coating mix for chicken, any flavor
3/4 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
1/4 c. light cream or half and half
6 thin slices boiled ham
6 thin slices Swiss cheese

Coat chicken with seasoned coating mix as directed on package. Arrange in a single layer in ungreased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile saute mushrooms in butter until tender and slightly browned. Stir in wine and cream. Pour over chicken, then top each breast with a slice of ham and slice of cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese starts to melt.
