CREAMY CHICKEN VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
1 c. chicken broth
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1/3 c. chopped green onions
11 oz. can Green Giant Mexicorn whole kernel golden sweet corn
4.5 oz. jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, undrained
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

(With red and green sweet peppers, undrained).

In 4 quart saucepan or Dutch oven, combine milk, chicken broth, soups and blend well. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, mix well. Cook over medium heat 5-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add cheese, stir until melted.
