SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. squash
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sweet milk

Cook squash until tender and drain. Mash with potato masher. Add salt, pepper, butter, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs. Beat egg and milk. Add this to squash mixture. Pour in 2 quart ungreased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
