FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and butter. Add oil, egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cream of tartar and mix with other mixture. Press out on cookie sheet or pizza pans. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees and cool.

Spread cooled crust with 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 bowl Cool Whip, blended together. Arrange well-drained fruit over this, 20 ounces pineapple tidbits, peaches, oranges, sliced bananas, fresh or frozen strawberries. Fresh fruit may be used in any combination.

Glaze with 1/2 cup sugar, dash salt, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Cook until clear; cool. This keeps fruit from browning.

Makes a big dessert.
