SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked squash
3 eggs, beaten
2 slices bread (or croutons)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat milk and butter. Add cheese and bread. Mix well. Add squash; mix. Then add eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees in buttered casserole for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
