STIR AND DROP COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson butter flavor oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, buttery flavor oil, vanilla and sugar together. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt; add to egg mixture. (Dough will be soft). Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press cookies flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet. Makes 2 dozen cookies. Frost if desired.
