STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Container strawberries, thawed
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix together sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Put strawberries in saucepan then add sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil or until thickened. Set aside.

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie shell. Pour strawberries over cream cheese. Chill until cold. Top with Cool Whip.
