CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
4 c. shortening (can be part butter)
13 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. vanilla
16 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
16 c. flour
6 tbsp. baking powder
4 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, and then add baking chocolate. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with the milk. Chill and roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet 2 to 3 inches apart in 350 degree oven about 15 minutes. Cool slightly on baking sheet before removing from pan. Makes 16 dozen.
