Prepare Morels in the same manner as for deep fried Morels with one exception, only cook the Morels about 1 minute to set the coating. Drain on rack and paper towels. Allow to cool. Put in suitable containers and freeze. To use, allow to thaw 15 to 20 minutes, deep fry until golden brown.
