"CHOSEN YAKI TARE" 
1 c. shoyu
1 c. shredded dakon
2 tbsp. sake
1 tbsp. mirin
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 chopped rakkyo (pickled onion)
1 clove garlic, minced
5 pieces niira
Fresh ginger to taste

Mix all together for a spicy sauce.
