POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 cooked, diced potatoes
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bacon

Place potatoes in casserole dish. Other ingredients on top. Fry bacon partially and cut up on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You can't ruin this recipe. Can mix it all together in a bowl then put in casserole if you like.
